Knowing that your evaporative cooling system will perform as expected is important.
Most cooler manufacturers take the catalogue performance of the various third party components they use, and use those as the basis for their claimed performance. But in reality catalogue performance is rarely achieved because factors like water distribution, airflow patterns, and casework quality all play an important part in the performance of an evaporative cooler. Typically using component data will result in an over-estimate of capacity of between 30 and 70%.
Instead, as well as manufacturing every component ourselves, we have invested in an independently accredited test laboratory, to ISO 17025, and test fully assembled units so that you can have complete confidence that our coolers will do what we say they will do.
